  • What's included with my vendor package?

    Your package includes a defined space in the Vendor Village at B.T. Harvey Stadium / Edwin Moses Track, an event signage opportunity, and inclusion in event-day promotion. Specific dimensions and power access are confirmed during approval.

  • Do food vendors need a permit?

    Yes. Food trucks and food vendors must submit current health department permit and insurance documentation with their application.

  • When is load-in?

    Approved vendors receive an assigned load-in window and arrival instructions ahead of event day, October 31, 2026.

  • How do I know if my application was approved?

    Applicants receive a confirmation email after submission, followed by status updates (pending, approved, or action required) as the review proceeds.

  • What if I have more questions?
